What are your shipping options?
We will update this section when the online store is up and running. For the time being, a quote for shipping will be made after completing the order form. Once the order is finalized, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your items. When ready, please note that shipping times will vary depending on where it will be delivered and these these are out of our control. Standard transit times are approximately 5 business days within Canada, 10 business days to the USA, 2-3 weeks anywhere else.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG and other common design file types.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you are planning on buying an item on bulk (20+ of the same item), please reach out to us to discuss a discount.
What is your return policy?
Due to the items being made to order, personalized and/ or custom, we do not offer a return/ refund policy. For this reason, please carefully verify all details before placing your order. However, if there is something wrong with your order, such as the item being defective or receiving the wrong items, please reach out to discuss next steps. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
